PREMIOS EMMY 2013
El 18 de julio fueron anunciados los nominados para la 65ª edición de los Premios Emmy 2013, galardón que anualmente reconoce la excelencia en la industria televisiva estadounidense. La ceremonia realizada en el Leonard H. Goldenson Theatre de North Hollywood contó con la conducción de los actores Neil Patrick Harris (How I Met Your Mother) y Aaron Paul (Breaking Bad).
Considerados los Oscar de la pequeña pantalla, los Emmy podrán verse en vivo y en exclusiva para la televisión paga por Warner Channel, el domingo 22 de septiembre, con señal proveniente del Nokia Theatre de Los Ángeles. La ceremonia comenzará a las 21:00hs., y tendrá un pre-show exclusivo desde la alfombra roja, una hora antes.
La ceremonia consagró a varias series como Breaking Bad y Modern Family, que se llevaron los mejores premios de la noche: mejor drama y mejor comedia respectivamente.

En esta edición la elección de los organizadores del maestro de ceremonias recayó en el actor Neil Patrick Harris, quien toma la posta de Jimmy Kimmel.
Harris tiene el antecedente de haber conducido la ceremonia de los Premios Emmy de 2009. Desde 2005 protagoniza la sitcom How I Met Your Mother, y también ha incursionado con éxito en la pantalla grande. Próximamente se lo verá en Los Pitufos 2 (The Smurfs 2). A lo largo de su carrera ha sido distinguido con diversos premios, entre ellos, tres Premios Emmy y otros tantos People’s Choice Awards, junto a cuatro nominaciones a los Golden Globes.
