We Are You Friends (Música, amigos y fiesta) es una película dirigida por Max Joseph, el guion también es de Max Joseph en colaboración con Meaghan Oppenheimer.
La trama de la película sigue a Cole (Zac Efron), un joven problemático con aspiraciones a convertirse en DJ. Tiene como padrino musical a James (Wes Bentley), el único problema que impide a Cole tener éxito es Sophie (Emily Ratajkowski), la hermosa novia de James, que termina despertando su interés.
SINOPSIS PELÍCULA MÚSICA, AMIGOS Y FIESTA
La película transcrurre en el mundo de la música electrónica y la vida nocturna de Hollywood, donde un joven de 23 años aspirante a convertirse en DJ llamado Cole pasa el día con sus amigos haciendo planes mientras que en la noche trabaja en un sonido que haga vibrar al mundo. Todo eso cambia cuando conoce a James, un veterano y carismático DJ, quien ya no esta en su mejor momento. James apadrina a Cole pero las cosas se complican cuando Cole comienza a enamorarse de la novia de James, Sofía. Conforme avanza la relación prohibida de Cole su relación con sus amigos se desmorona, teniendo que elegir entre el amor, la lealtad y el futuro.
