Entre las principales candidatas para el rubro de cine aparece Palm Springs (Hulu y NEON) con un total de cinco nominaciones, que incluyen Mejor Película de Ciencia Ficción / Fantasía, Mejor Actor (Andy Samberg y JK Simmons) para la misma categoría, Mejor Actriz (Cristin Milioti) y Mejor Villano (JK Simmons). También destacan, con cuatro nominaciones, Birds of Prey (Warner Bros.), Freaky (Universal), Onward (Disney+), Sonic the Hedgehog (Paramount), The Hunt (Universal), The Old Guard (Netflix) y The Willoughbys (Netflix).
En la categoría de televisión, Lovecraft Country (HBO) es la principal aspirante con seis postulaciones, que incluyen Mejor Serie de Terror, Mejor Actor (Michael K.
